About the Artist

Roach is a 30 year old queer and neurodivergent artist based in Southern Ontario, Canada. He began drawing seriously after finding the fandom in 2006 through a Lion King fan community, and was later introduced to the world of fursuiting by friends. He began taking art commissions in 2009 and has loved getting to meet so many cool people while helping them bring their characters to life.Over the years, Roach has found that taking traditional fursuit commissions is not a viable option for him. Instead, he has focused on personal projects and the occasional premade suit to sell. While he may not want to take costume commissions anymore, he certainly wants to share the tools and resources he makes for himself with the community! He strongly values peer-made resources for artists of all skill levels, and believes that creativity makes the furry fandom thrive.Roach aims to design patterns that are easy to follow and affordable to build.Roach has gone by SweeneyBlake, KieferCat, and FlummoxedCat previously. Commission Process
Place an order request by filling out the Google Form
Discuss order details via email or Telegram
Provide payment in advance
A sketch will be created and sent to you within 2 weeks*
After approval of the sketch, allow for up to 3 additional weeks* for the artwork to be completed
You provide feedback on the completed artwork
If all is good, full res files will be sent your way and the print/shipping process will begin if applicable
*I typically work MUCH faster than the timeline listed here and most customers receive finished artwork within 3 daysNote that I reserve the right to refuse any workPlease give me ideas to work with! Artistic liberty requests for half/fullbody work will be rejected.

SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN CANADA AT THIS TIME
:(5 mil laminate orders will be printed in-house on cardstock and laminated with standard 5 mil plastic, found on most con badges in the fandom. This is suggested for expedited orders.10 mil laminate orders will be printed at a professional print shop on paper and laminated in 10 mil plastic. This is the thicker plastic my returning customers may recognize as my previous only lamination option. May take longer to receive back from the print shop depending on their queue.Reprogrammable NFC tags can be added to your badges. This can be set to link to your Telegram handle, Bsky, Twitter, FA, or even just an image of your reference sheet! Great for sharing social media at events or sharing references in artist alleys.
Terms of Service
Customer must be 18+ at the time of ordering.
Prices listed in CAD.
Payments must be made before any artwork is started.
If the customer requests a refund because I have not met a deadline, they will be refunded in full.
Other refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping only available within Canada at this time.

Artwork is not for commercial use.
I reserve the right to post artwork to social media, websites, group chats for portfolio or advertising purposes.
Artwork for commercial or private use may be available at an additional cost to be discussed before the commission begins.
Customer will be given chances to ask for revisions in the sketch stage and after the artwork is completed. After the artwork is completed and approved by the customer, there are no guarantees that further changes may be made.
I will not imitate another art style; if you don't like my art style, don't commission me please!
I reserve the right to blacklist customers who request refunds due to improper budgeting/buyers remorse.
